Purchase – This includes your name, surname, date of birth, shipping & billing address, IP address and location. This is so that we can deliver your items to your requested location for a specific individual.
Delivery – This includes your shipping location, house number/name, road, postal code and country. This is to ensure that the delivery reaches the desired location. For security reasons we do not accept PO Box’s as a delivery address and all items must be signed for to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Client Services – From time to time our Client Services Team may record calls. This is to ensure that we keep a level of consistency when we conduct brand training as well as making sure all of the Client Services team handles complaints and customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Sinclair Prive – Sinclair Prive is our Loyalty Scheme programme curated by our Brand & Partnership Team.
