GOLDEN - ERA TAILORING
With a return to the 1920’s golden era of fine tailoring and couture, designer Alicya Sinclair presents ‘Eliott’.
The inspiration draws upon the well known 1920's TV Series "TheHouse of Eliott". A story of two sisters forced into selling the family home to survive and fulfil their passion: to be the finest dressmakers in town. With this in mind, the collection has been designed to highlight the true elegance and beauty of a woman. Using soft, warm, neutral colours crafted in cotton blends, double crepes, chiffons and light wools with accents of one of the houses signature colour, crimson red.
The second collection by the designer, ‘Eliott’, keeps true to her Savile Row roots, with pieces delicately made, clean defined lines and the use of gentle ruffles, strong tailored silhouettes, simple and beautiful suits.
The collection was presented during London Fashion Week at the St James Hotel - Mayfair Suite. A private London Fashion Week Breakfast with an intimate private salon style fashion show.
