The website aims to deliver an innovative shopping experience and gain competitive advantage by sharing their sustainability story throughout their digital channels.
Founded by Savile Row trained Alicya Sinclair, Sinclair London is a luxury fashion house that designs, manufactures, and sells fine tailoring, smart casual wear & elevated loungewear for ambitious women of the world- female thought leaders and industry influencers.
Sustainability, transparency and craftsmanship represent the pillars of the company and are mirrored in the productive process of the garments; this is why Sinclair London has been awarded the Butterfly Mark by Positive Luxury for a company-wide commitment to sustainability.
As underlined by Bain&Co in partnership with Positive Luxury “luxury companies seeing success in 2030 will be those that have invested in circular business models, such as resale and rental. According to the management consultancy firm, brands should ultimately be focusing on “product life-cycle value,” which is derived from reselling the same product multiple times to different customers”.
Sinclair London is implementing a sustainability strategy which purpose is to make the supply chain fully transparent ,to maximise the environmental and social commitments, and to create economic value from sustainability. In addition to reduced CO2 emissions thanks to local production and dominantly local supply chain, Sinclair London offers their customers a Refurbishment Programme, which allows customers to have their garments repaired and altered free of charge for as long as the garment deems fully repairable back to excellent condition.
By also partnering with the UN Women as a signatory of the Women's Empowerment Principles, Sinclair London is committed to empower and support women by not only creating products that are designed to further gender equality and female empowerment, but also through a series of initiatives, such as the Trailblazer Talks, launched on International Women’s Day, that seeks to celebrate the hidden icons and women who trailblaze the paths for other women to follow.
The website reflects Sinclair values and its attention to clients: upgraded with technology integrations powered by Machine learning and AI, it will provide an intuitive and personalised service and user experience for the user.
The site also features a “Stories” section, which will contain hints and tips, “how to” guides as well as the latest news from the brand.
