Staying at Home in Style

With the ups and downs of lockdown rules, many of us are forced to find a new balance between going out and staying in. The uncertainty of lockdown at Christmas makes staying at home all the more inviting. Spending special time with the family is something many people find difficult to make time for, so let’s embrace it!

Just because we may be staying at home this Christmas, doesn't mean we can’t still look fabulous- Christmas festivities require sequins, silk and a splash of colour! It’s important that we remain comfortable and feel special this time of year. Lightweight materials such as cotton and silk are great fabrics for socialising indoors, whether at a private restaurant or at home. Not only are they light and breathable, they also offer flexibility to layer with warm knitwear if necessary.

Sequin details are also a key favourite. As we approach the New year, sequins and glitter details are able to make our outfits that extra bit special. Alternatively, wearing an item with a splash of red is a great way to add a Christmas difference to your attire. Sinclair London wide leg trousers in pillar box red would accompany most outfits well for a smart/casual at home look, with the wide leg giving a comfortable fitting.

From all of the team here at Sinclair London, we wish you a safe and wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year.
