The Invictus Games this year cooncluded on September 16th 2023, the event was held in Düsseldorf, Germany. The chief guests in attendance at this years event was the founder, the Duke of Sussex and the Duchess.

The Games were founded in 2014 as a tribute to, and celebration of, the servicemen and women who have fought for the country. Global renowned Musician Rita Ora, closed this years Grand Ceremony at the Invictus Games. Rita wore a stunning all black ensemble. The pop-stars dancers followed suit in all black looks. Her outfit was beautifully altered by our own Alicya Sinclair, and styled by stylist Pippa Atkinson.

The Rita team have been frequent users of our Alteration Room including events such as PRIDE London and Amazon Curve performance.

The anticipation prior to the event did not disappoint, and neither did Rita’s wardrobe. The detailing and fit of her jumpsuit was effortless, keeping on trend with the sheerness and sophistication of the jumpsuit. This look aligns with the #prettytough trend we have seen at this year’s London fashion week. With the combination of structured pieces contrasted with delicate detailings.
